The November 1919 meeting of the W. C. T. U. was held in the Congregational church parlors with a good attendance. Mrs. Wood read the 34 Psalm followed by a prayer. Minutes of the Oct. meeting were not read on account of sec. being absent. The business meeting was taken up with Mrs. Kirk our president in chair. Travelling expenses of the delegates - Mrs. Emma Bailey and Miss Buck as delegates in the state convention was presented and allowed the bill (?) to 8 8.20. A discussion in regard to filling and sending the barrel in the Benedict home followed. It was decided to leave every thing in connection with this work with the appointed committee. After a lengthy discussion a motion that the secretary send for fifteen year books and that she draw on the treasury for the amount. After a lengthy discussion on the S. 7. J work it was decided by a motion that the prize of $2.00 each be offered the High school and eigth - grade. On motion the required number to insure the prize is to be of (?) in high school and ten in eigth(?) grade. Moved and seconded that the Lueal(?) reunion subscribe for force numbers of the crusaders for the schools. After a short Thanksgiving program led by Mrs. Kearney the meeting adjourned by the Averiee(?) Benediction. Mrs. Kearney sec. pro term
