Lyons August 1, "1872." My Dear little girl Stella. I thought as I had some time to spare I would write a few lines to you. Well my dear how do you get along? Is it very hard work to keep house by yourself? I met your Uncle Will last Saturday just before he left town. I was going to have him take a parcel up for you.
