Independence, Iowa, Dec 13 1885 Very dearest Cousin Min: If you had got your letter mailed one train later I would not be writing this in reply to night for it just got here on the last train from the east yesterday and glad I was to get it. You are a dear good girl not to wait till today to write for I would have been very muchly disappointed if you had.
