Ours is a case perhaps where "absence makes the heart grow fonder" and such cases are rare Hattie has the head ache a little to day she has been quite well of late been quite busy sewing to get ready for that wedding the 30th by the way I must write to that coz to day for I wont have a chance to write to her may time more while she is a Miss she used to be my sister we corresponded for years regularly till she made closer attachments and then I was out but I am her confident yet and I always will give her a sisters place in my affections Shall look for that picture sure when you said Hattie said we would never get it now I want you to show her that there is one Porter who can get a picture taken some times now write a long letter I will close as ever Your Loving Coz Mel
