here this is your fourth Sunday at home and you have rec'd 8 letters or notes frome me that makes a good average of two a week, so I guess you wont get a chance to forget me. I am afraid you think I am foolish, and I know that who ever gets your mail for you must think I am a fool sure. and I guess they are right - I dont get one bit more reconciled about our being apart eather. last Sunday night I was most awful blue. I just had to cry after I went to bed. Hattie felt bad to have me feel so and she cryed too, When I got your letter Wednesday, and told her that you did not think well of the plan we had talked of, that you were afraid you and she would not get alonge any better than you had. (I made it as mild as I could) She said "well I suppose I will have to give you up, but it seems as though I would much rather die than not to be where I cant see you Every day but other folks live through such things and I guess I can" Hattie has not had a nearvous day this week, and I have no doubt feel she will be better than she has been in years if she continues to doctor and try to be better.
