business is as good as I could ask for, I ought to be "getting ahead" some, I enjoy sucess more than I used to, for it is all for you now. I only wish it was not so far in the future, but darling, it is to be as you say, hard as it is for me to live with out you. I will try and be content, It is Sunday eve now. I will try and finish this short letter so as to get it mailed in time, Hattie and I have talked a great deal about my going east she is real nice about it, says she wants to have me go, but I can see it is hard for her to let me, the tears comes in her eyes when she talks about it, she says she wants to get some body to stay with her or make some arrangment so I wont be worring about her to spoil my visit. I may not get this mailed as I haven't a stamp to my name but guess I can hunt one By By dearest Mel.
