Story A lady went to a very high class French style millinery store to buy a hat. There was a man clerk dress in cut-away coat striped trousers etc to wait on her. He has her try on several hats but none seemed to suit. They kept on trying others until finally she had on a hat she seemed to like. The clerk to put on the french air which the place was supposed to have, stepped back and, with appropriate gestures, said "ah, madame that hat on you is elegant, magnifique makes you ravisant" Th [missing text] forgot about [missing text] and said, " [missing text] go wrong in that hat." S [missing text] replied: "Young man, when I go wrong I won't be wearing a hat."
