Even on the less disconcerting intervals there is usually some manifestation of sneezing, some sniffing and some swelling of the nostrils. This really is nothing, however, compared to those times of distraction when the minutes of each hour are frenziedly counted. One can sink to the most dismal depths and wish one's life away. On the days of pollen relief malaise fortunately gives the irritated membranes some opportunity to readjust themselves and get straightened out to a more normal condition before the next siege levels one once more. And there we thread our way through life haunted by hay-fever and stalked by stomach-aches. Pick the path however carefully you may these evils may not be avoided.
