Westfield May the 26th 1878 Friend Willson I have been thinking for some time I would answer your welcon letter I recieved was glad to hear from you and glad to learn that you was statisfide but I cannot see how a person can be dissatisfied with as butifull a country as wee have I would not exchange it for eny country I ever saw although their is some things here that is not as convienant as other places in fact I like your country in some respects beter than I do here one thing is you have more timber and I find that the hardest thing for me to do with out and a nother is your building stone
