Home Feb 7th 79 Well John I have only time to drop you a line. our folks are all well was at Jonts yesterday. Children have bad coalds. Dils are well. Was at Mats on the 5th their baby is real sick (dipthera). I have got along very well Collecting. Hartzler has paid the land note & lifted the mortgage. You send the power of Atty to Mr Steckle to Cancel the mortgage he will send you the proper blanks to fill out. I have take in all your notes but Will Wilsons & I expect to pay it of as soon as
