Saving...
Reserved for Patrick Cullen and that two people who just a few months ago were enjoying life in a manner that was not to be ashamed of, could be so far apart and so unhappy. I had planned on going to town the night I received the news, but instead, I sat on my bed and just thought I thought how badly you must feel and what I had to look forward to. Sometimes I think that I haven't got a thing to live for, but then again, I think that the good Lord wants things to be the way they are and that after a few sacrifices, peace and happiness will again be restored to the earth. I only wish I could be with you to help you with anything I could. I don't know what you will think of this letter, but I hope you look at it only as a letter of sympathy. I will close mine by wishing you and your family luck and may God bless you. Please write as soon as possible. Fred
