the snow, cold weather and going skating and bob-sledding. Its warm here and most of the time is plenty warm wandering about in short sleeves in the day time. It gets sort of chilly along about 3 or 4 in the morning though. I'm still having some difficulties with my French. I can make out most of the news in the French papers but can't talk or understand much of it. I went to a French movie the other night. One of Mickey Rooney's old pictures. Seemed funny to hear him talk and not be able to understand him. Some of the fellows were able to see Kay Frances, Carole Landis ect. but of course it was on one of the evenings that I had to
