Charlestown Oct 3 Dear Cousin Harriet I was supprised last weeke on receiveing your letter to hear that you had not received A letter from me I expect you have received it before this time but for fear you have not I will write again I can simpathise with you in your anxiety to hear from your relations and nothing gives me more pleasure than to hear from you I have not seen Aunt Polly scince I last wrote to you but the last time I heard from her her health was verry poor but she is not confined to the house her shoulder and arm paines her very much she cannot use her left arm at all I believe I wrote about her hurting herself
