151 Fort McGilvery, Va. Wednesday, Dec. 7th 1864 Helped Captain G.W. Brumm, of Company F, and Commander of the Regiment, to make out Ordnance reports, for the quarter ending, December 31.1864. Orders have been received at regimental Head Quarters to keep one third of the men under arms all night, ready to fall in at a moments notice, as an attack is expected. Thursday 8th Orders were issued to have eight days rations on hand. The 60th Regiment, Ohio Vols., moved to Division Head Quarters - The 46th New York have have orders to be ready to move at a moments notice. The enemy have been moving troops
