182 Fort McGilvery, Va. Thursday, February 9th 1965. Lieutenant Henry T. Kendall, who was taken prisoner at Spottsylvania, May 12th 1864, returned to the regiment today. Captain Thomas Foster, of Company D was put under arrest, for indulging to freely. Made out Report of Inspection of Clothing, Camp and Garrison Equipage, and then gave it to Capt. G.W. Brumm to sign. Friday 10th Adjutant Henry Kendall went to Corps Head Quarters to get mustered out but failed to do so. I bought of him his Sword for $20.00 Pocket Compass, Candle stick 2.05 and Valiece (Leather) 10.00 $32.05 Paid on account 15.00 Balance due $17.05
