Thursday March 9th 1865 Went to City Point today and bought a dress Uniform Coat, for which I paid $34 00 After returning to the regiment Mr. McGrath, our regimental Sutler, who is a Taylor by trade told me the coat did not fit me nicely and suggested that I let him take it back tomorrow and get another, to which I consented.
