14 Birthdays-Of-My-Friends Evelyn Connie had a birthday party on July 31, 1933 It began at 8:00. We played games untill cake and Ice Cream were served. Feb. 14, 1935 was a party for David Smith given by Helen. Edith Griggs, Ed Smith, Phyllis Copeland, Hinky, Helen and Dave, and James Dack and I were present. We played ping pong, pit and piano until refreshments of Home-made ice cream and cake were served. Favors of chocolate boys and girls too. We all had a grand time - who wouldn't at Helen's? Alamae Van Arkle had a birthday party Feb. 11, 1933 at her house. It began at 7:30 and we played Rook and had plays untill the refreshments of cake, Fruit Salad, and coaco was served. We all had a good time. Dorothy ten Hagen had a birthday party on Aug. 18, 1933. It started at 2:30, and we played croquet. I won the tournament. We had refreshments of Ice cream, cake and cool aid.
