Nov 1st Dear Mother and Father- I knew it wouldn't be long before you would begin to fuss about my not getting your letters and I think I have them all. I don't remember the dates but quite a number were sent from N.Y. and the rest have come along on the average of one a week so you see they were not written in vain. I guess now that I know what has become of all my possessions and that my things have all arrived home safely. Never mind about the green suit I'll write to Mrs. Post.
