a delightful afternoon. This was our first view of chateau life, our experiences heretofore had been confined to the hospital and to peasant life. By this time you are thoroughly disgusted with my penmanship and quite worn out with my wanderings so I won't tell you much more. We have very comfortable quarters, excellent meals and a living room which is the envy and admiration of the entire camp. It has a piano and Victrola and once or twice since we came we have had a magazine or paper. I am so glad that you can be in California and more than glad that you are with Mrs. Fritz and Adele - Please give them my kindest regards - To you my dear Miss Hetherington, I am sending my love and the hope that you will write to me again soon. Very sincerely, Louise M Liers A.N.C. Army Base Hosp #14 American E. F. France A. P. O. 780
