Dear Mom -: We just one more week and I will be home I am counting the days until that time comes. Have you heard from Mac. since he landed but I suppose not because it takes so long to get a letter here they have to go thru so much red tape. I write to him right along but have had no ans. to any of my letters since he left Chicago. I didn't even know he had sailed for nearly a week after he left. I am so glad he got there o.k. and [illegible] sure the dear Lord will bring him safely back. I have been searching for 2 weeks trying to find Mig's address but have lost it somewhere and I can't write to her. so when you have time please send it. Can some one get a pass and bring Jack's suitcase case over to pack my cloths in to come home. I haven't any case or all except the one the
