Vermicilli Pudding baked The same as for Maccaroni Lady Sunderland pudding Baked Beat up 8 yolks and 3 whites of egg add nutmeg. 5 Spoonfulls of fine flour mix this with a pint of cream, well butter the insides of some small basons, fill them half full. bake about an hour. when done turn them out & pour over sweet or orange sauce _____ Citron Pudding Baked, Take a lump of butter about 3 ounces, 3 ounces of sugar, two spoonfuls flour and a pint of cream and milk mixed. stir and boil until thick. when cold mix 8 yolks of eggs and half a pound of chopt citron with it. line a dish with paste & Bake
