Good Friday Buns April 7 1882 Made 2 and 1/2 Bushells of flour into currant and 1 and 1/2 bushels into plain. not enough currant too many plain about 10" 100 (?) ordered sold about 30/- worth did not come on enough in the store - to this quantity use 3 lbs of good german and 1 pound (?) [illegible] Berun (?) order 16 gallons milk buns very good but slow in proving
