taken there in 1914 the German people would pour out water on the ground, and throw food stuff away in front of there eyes, but now its different. The German people know the English gets boxes from home, and when the English soldiers were coming back, the people would ask them for crusts of there food. The Y. M. C. A. man told us many interesting things and one, moste interesting of all that we would be eating Xmas dinner with the home folks. After his talk we had a ball game, we played one
