Things are quite nice here now. Just the other day they installed electric lights in our mess hall so we have plenty of light now. Our company has two radios and we are especially lucky in having two radio stations on this island, which makes reception as good as that back home. Ours is known as the "Mosquito Network". From what you have said and from what other letters have said man power must be getting pretty scarce around there. Who knows, maybe we should develop a race of Amazon women to take over. Well, I find it is getting late and besides there isn't much more I can say so I'll close. I hope to receive a line from you again soon. Sincerely, Eugene
