there will be Campmeeting here commencing the 23rd day of this month within 4 miles of here I expect that I shall go if I keep well. I would like to be there at your meeting but I guess that I will not and I don't know that I shall be there for a year or so & is just oweing to circumstances. I am a going to eat my first mess of melons tomorrow at Stevensons. Well as you did not write very much I will not so write as soon as you get this and let me know who is P. M. at Attica. The same day Dear Brother I take my pen in hand to answer your letter well I am as usual (how are you) you said that you had not got but one letter from me yet since I left well I have wrote some four or five to you folks back at home and I have not got but 2 from there yet I wrote to pap three times and the second letter I sent him 20 dols. and I want to know whethere he got that or not.
