was really scared and his face was white as snow. Of course we had all we could do to keep from laughing. Finally he confessed and was set free after being run thru the gauntlet. Oh it was lots of fun for he sure is a homely looking guy and thinks hes mighty important. Last night I went up to Codyville, a small town just outside of camp and bought me a real supper. Ham and eggs with potatoes and a glass of milk. Also a piece of chocolate pie which tasted mighty good. Cost me 60¢ but I was filled up for once. Yes we get enuf to eat but I like something different once in a while. The other day
