Camp Dodge Fri. My dear mother your letter received today and you don't know how glad I was to hear from you. It is only the second one I have got from you since I have been here. You seem to think I am not writing to you as much as I have to Leona. Now mother you are mistaken for every time with every few exceptions that I have written to her I wrote to you first. it must be they have got the mail balled up again. but I cant understand why they should hold your letters and not hers.
