talking to a fellow and found out he had been in a good many places I had been and finaly I asked him if he had ever been in Dannamarie and he says Hell yes. I was in the Division which took that town. I says why I dident think that had ever been fought over as it wasent torn up much and he says "we went thro there so Darn fast the Artillery couldent keep up with us and the Germans dident shell it much because there was so many of there own people over there. I was figuring on sleeping
