as loomens wich i think can bought for 12 or 13 dollars an acre he is head over heels in debt and will have to see it before long last summer he mortgage it for 600 dollars the same as my 80 is at 6 per cent payable evy 6 months for 5 years wich would be only 42 dollars besides the taxes a year till the last year then comes the whole 600 to be paid at once last fall he wanted 20 dollars an acre and 2 or 3 months ago he ofered it for 11 dollars he now wants 14 but i am almost shure it can be bought for 12 if it can be got for 12 thare would be only 360 to be paid down if you think you can buy it i will help you all i can if you do not tell loomens folks or any one else it is a good bargain for some one thare is lots of such people here 4/5 of them have got
