a well, good land the lease of which could be bought for $1000. The land itself could be bought for 7 dollars per acre, or twenty years time at 6 percent interest which would make it a little over eleven dollars per acre. I think it a good bargain if you desire to come to Nebraska you need not wait on account of snow, There is none here to speak of. Come out and make us a visit and see the country. If you want to work out next summer I may want to hire you. I would not advise you to go to keeping back. We are all well except colds. Write me again, and tell me what you intend to do.
