Weakness in the spine of the back and chest Put the feet in middling warm water with salt in it, rubb your legs every night on going to bed rub your back every night with vinegar and water and your chest with lineament, take strengthening [illegible] keep your feet warm and not tire yourself by any domestic employment but take exercise by walking Mrs Cooke Dr Lockes 1/3 lb Magnesia to a 1/ lb of Bread for a [illegible] Arrow root half milk and half water made thin put either in the bottle called a [illegible] Bottle which is better than the Breast in feeding with a [illegible] better for the child Dr. King Straw matting cleaned with a large [illegible] cloth, and then wiped dry, the salt prevents the matting from turning green.
