[Month?] here is 3/10/40 Tea, Coffee, and Cocoa. Tea, Before the war the ration of tea per day per man was 3/8 oz. which is near enough 1LB. feed 100 men. Now it is 5/16 oz. per man. 14-15oz. per 100 men. 5 buckets per 100 men. Liquid Tea. 1 gall. 2 1/2 " 5 " 10 " 12 1/2 " Dry Tea 1/12 ozs. 3 " 5 1/2 " 11 " 14 " Sugar 5 oz 10 " 20 " 40 " 50 " Fresh Milk 2 1/2 [gills] 5 " 10 " 20 " 25 " Tin Milk 1/4 Tin 1/2 " 1 " 2 " 2 1/2 Method for making tea. First warm bucket. Add required amount of Dry tea, then boiling water on top of the tea. Brew tea for 4 minutes. Strain through strainer. When ready too serve add sugar and milk.
