Panada or Binding Mixture for Coquettes etc etc Ingredients:-- 1 oz butter, 1 oz flour, 1/4 pint liquid, seasoning.--------------------- Method:-- dissolve the butter & flour in a small saucepan, stir it until well cooked without colouring, add the liquid till well boiled, & the mixture will leave the sides of the saucepan whilst being quickly stirred: season & taste.
