Cocoa Nut Pudding Put 1/2 lb of desicated cocoa-nut into a pudding dish Break in pieces 2 penny sponge cakes Pour over the cocoa. nut & cake a quart of boiling milk with 1 Table spoon-full of butter melted in it: & Tablespoonfull of sugar. Let it stand an hour covered close. Beat 4 eggs & stir into the mixture: then bake in a slow oven 1/2 an hour - Eat hot or cold. 1/2 lb Desicated cocoa.nut 2 [8?] sponge cakes 1 qt Boiling milk 1 Tablespoonfull of butter 4 Sugar - white 4 Eggs.
