Puddings. Apple Pudding. Mrs Russell Stew & strain 10 apples - add 6 spoons - melted butter - 6 eggs - juice & peel of 1 Lemon sugar to taste - bake in paste without covering. -another- A.R. Rodman. Soak pieces of stale bread in cold water drain it, pare & chop 6 apples - 1 tablespoons melted butter, 5 eggs beaten well, 1 tea cup brown sugar, cinnamon & nutmeg to taste 2 tablespoons flour - boil or bake 2 hours east with wine Sauce. Lemon Pudding #1. Mrs R. The yolks of 7 eggs - the peel of 3 & juice of 2 lemons - 3 cups cream - 2 of sugar - Bake in rich puff paste. Batter Pudding. #1. Mary Marsh 4 eggs. 4 heaping tablespoon flour 1 pint milk, a little salt.
