Plum Pudding 1 lb Valencia raisins [stoned?] 1 lb sultanas; 1 tablespoonful baking powder; 1 lb currants; 1/2 lb mixed peel; 1 lb stale bread crumbs; 1 lb brown sugar, 1 lb beef suet; 1 lemon, half a nutmeg, half teaspoonful salt; 1/4 lb almonds; 1/4 lb flour 2 glasses brandy; 12 eggs. Blanche & cut up the almonds. Fill the moulds only three quarters full Steam 8 or 10 hours
