a towel. Put a pound of bread in a basin with 4 tablespoonfuls finely chopped suet, 4 tablespoonfuls brown sugar, 4 tablespoonfuls currants, a teaspoonful of baking powder & mix the whole. Beat one egg add a little milk & pour it into the mixture to make a soft paste. You may add a little cinnamon. Grease a dish & pour in the mixture covering the top with a greased paper. Steam for two hours. Semolina Pudding 3 tablespoonfuls semolina 1 pint milk. Put them on to boil + stir while boiling
