Turn or toss it. Sprinkle sugar over and roll it up. Tripe and Onions 3 lbs tripe. Put it on covered with cold water and boil gently 3 or 4 hours. When the tripe is ready cut it in pieces. Chop 4 large boiled onions finely. Mix a breakfast cupful milk with pepper salt a piece butter and the onions. Put them in the pan with the tripe and boil 5 minutes.
