Brush them with egg & roll in bread crumbs Fry in boiling fat & put a piece of macaroni in the thin [?] for a bone. Rissoles 2 tablespoonfuls cold meat 1 oz suet, 2 oz breadcrumbs 1 teaspoonful parsley & 1/2 teaspoonful dried herbs pepper & salt & half an egg Chop the meat suet & parsley finely. Mix the dry things & wet them with the egg
