Hungarian Cookies - _____ North 1/2 quantity 5 C. flour 2 1/2 C. 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. 3 tbs. sugar 1 1/2 tbs. 1 lb. spry 1 C. 5 egg yolks 3 1 pkg yeast 1/2 pkg 1 cup lukewarm water 1/2 C less 2 tbs. Dissolve yeast in water. Sift dry ingredients. Add spry and blend. Add egg yolks and yeast and water. Knead lightly. Roll on floured board. Cut in rectangles. Cover with lekvar, chopped nuts, or any desired filling roll up and fold. Bake at 375 degrees till light brown - 25 mins. Sprinkle with conf. sugar while warm Rachel Bohnsack
