Laryn Ingram Almond Crescents Mrs. Kopec 1/2 pound butter 2 cups unbleached flour 2 cups chopped almonds 5 tbsp sugar 2 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp water 1/2 tsp salt Cream butter, add sugar, vanilla, water. Sift flour & salt & stir into mixture. Add nuts and mix. Use portion size of walnut. Roll in palm and form into crescents. Bake in a slow over 325 degrees. About 20 minutes. While warm roll in powdered sugar.
