Nicole Goldwater Orange Cheffon Cake 2 1/4 cups sifted cake flower 1 1/2 cups graduated sugar 3 tsp calumet baking powder 1 tsp salt Sift all these together into a large bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in 1/2 cup Wesson (vegetable) oil & 5 egg yolks- 3/4 cup fresh orange juice and gratedkind of 2 oranges. Leave without mixture till you place 8 egg whites and 1 tsp cream of tartar in electric mixing bowl while egg whites are breaking mist the mixture. Fold in egg whites. Bake in an un greased angel cake pan at 325 for 1 hour.
