Rolls Mary Bryce 1 rounded tbs. shortening 1/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup boiling water Mix these and cool until lukewarm Dissolve 1 yeast cake in 1/4 cup lukewarm water add 1 tsp sugar to it. Add to above mixture. Beat 1 egg light and add Beat in 2 cups flour Beat well Then beat in 1 1/2 cups flour or 2 - Pat down Put cloth & plate over bowl put in refrigerator at least overnight When making rolls allow to rise about 45 minutes Cook at 400° for 12 minutes
