Spoon Bread (Mary Bryce) 1/3 cup cornmeal *yellow) 2 eggs 2 cups milk 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup cooked rice 1 tb. sugar 1 pinch salt Mix meal, rice, sugar, salt and baking powder Add beaten egg yolks and milk Last fold in stiffly beaten whites, Melt butter size of walnut in baking dish. Pour in mixture Bake 1/2 hour in moderate oven Serve hot 350°
