$40.00 of it was mine & $40.00 Lafayettes. Teursday [sic. Tuesday] morning we broke camp and marched up the river nere [sic near] Banks ford and camped. Thursday we marched as far as United States ford and camped. The 11th and 12 Army corps crossed at Kelleys ford above us on the 29th and crossed the Rhapidin [sic. Rapidan] on the 30. The same time we crossed at the United States ford and our corps formed a junction with the 11th & 13th corps at Chancelorville [sic. Chancellorsville] on the night of the 30th. Chancelorville [sic. Chancellorsville] is on the plank road that leads from Fredericksburg to Gordonsville 12 miles from Fredericksburg then there is a road comes from the Rhapidin [sic. Rapidan] that we advanced along comes in to the Gordonsville road from the North West and
