of thee army of [Maguire?] out there I guess hee will find that hee is fighting a different breed of dogs when hee fights Longstreets men there is considabel difference betwen Longstreets men & Braggs men but we have sent tow Corps from our army to him the 11th & 12th Corps the rebels dont call their (betel?) there much of a [illegible] I find that thee Army of the Potomac hasent got all of the (poor?) [Generals?] it appears thot Gen,, Crittenden & McClellan made same bad works in the [illegible] fight with Rose Crerts but they will get their dues right off but here in thee army of the Potomac a General can make battle and lose 15,000 or 20,,000
