Saving...
presents. I'm afraid I don't appreciate the little trinkets that have been given me for my own personal use. I am going to prod my Swede uncle and remind him of the kitchen cabinet he promised me. If he backs out he'll live to regret it. Oh honey, think what fun it will be when I can make you eat tough steaks and heavy bread! I am wild for the time to come. That will be a sure test of your love. Did I tell you Aunt Flo said she and Mama were going to sew for me this summer and get everything in shape for me; and in the mean time, I couldn't have my nose outside the kitchen! She is a good cook and so is Mama, but I fancy my hubby is more critical than either of theirs. Bless his gizzard!! Aunt Flo says I sure have to learn to cook before I leave her house and she is game to stand for it so just wait! Wont I have some fun? It will be a little old George W. Picnic!
