The Hun is getting more and more nervous about us. Every extra movement draws shells from him. Consequently my visitor wasn't permitted to get within several kilometers of places to which I had previously escorted visitors. I didn't much care - he made such an ass of himself in seeking privileges merely for his personal satisfaction that if granted might have added to the dangers to the men who have to stay up there all the time. The honest-to-Gawd war corespondents have some sense about these things but the sight seers - the fellows who come for a day or two are this bane of existence for us. We have to show them as much as we can but we have to make sure also
