if I can only get time for it. I think it will beat this one all to smash. I find I am suddenly quite a personage, which shows how little things please little minds. One business man came up to me as I was trying to get away from the gang of people after the thing was over and with many apologies handed me twenty dollars. He said the show had been worth that to him. I swallowed my anger and my pride and turned to the Pres. of the Red Cross who was standing near. I said, as I handed her the money, "This is what I'm working for, Mr. Harper, and any extra money any of us have will do lots of good in this direction."
