France Mar 18, 1945 Dearest This being sunday we had a little rest this afternoon I even took a little snooze. it isn't very often we have much time off there is something to do all the time that is the only way this war can be won every body work there are a lot of people that dont think that way. Got a few v mails from you they came over in about 2 to 3 week all of us are getting some now. The weather is warm it has been warm since Feb.1 had some rain Got a v mail from [Bea?]
